About Our Office
When you arrive at our office, you’ll notice that
there is not a “check in window.” Our office is open
and inviting. We want our patients to feel welcome.
Like guests in our home. Our office has been In
Rockwall for over 35 years. It is not uncommon to
see children, parents, and grandparents all from the
same family. Our patients chose us because of how
they are treated. Most of our new patients come to
us based on referrals from family or friends. Click

Our Mission
Our mission is to provide comprehensive dental care
for reasonable fees in a relaxed setting. We are
committed to helping preserve complete oral health.
Our Goal
Our goal is to make your visit comfortable, while
making certain our patients understand the treatment
recommendations, the reason for the treatment, and
how to prevent future dental problems.
Our Motto
Our motto is: “How can we help you smile?”
From financing options to treatment options and
scheduling, we will do anything we can to help you
with your treatment. We want to make it easy for you
to get the treatment you want and need.
Our Philosophy
It’s simple. To treat you like family. If we
recommend the treatment to you, you can be sure we
would recommend it to our family!
Fees, Insurance, and Financing
Fees vary widely from office to office. Our fees are
reasonable based on our area and experience. We make
sure that all fees are discussed prior to any
treatment being started. We dislike surprises as
much as you do! We accept Visa and Mastercard. We
also offer a 10% discount off our office fees, when
treatment plans are paid in advance of the
appointment date.
We offer care credit, which allows you to pay for
your treatment over 12-18 months. The best part is
that it is interest free! Actually we pay the
interest, but it is interest free for you. Apply

Dental Insurance
Dental insurance is designed to help pay for some of
the cost of dental care, by paying a portion of the
bill. No insurance will cover everything. As a
courtesy to you, we will file your insurance. When
possible we will coordinate the treatment to help
maximize your dental benefits. We encourage you to
call our office to discuss your insurance with our
staff. They are extremely knowledgeable and can help
answer all of your questions. We are committed to
you, not the insurance companies. Unfortunately,
insurance companies may not pay as they should. We
will do everything we can to fight for you, but we
cannot make promises on behalf of the insurance
companies.
The 3 types of Dental Insurance:
1. Traditional benefit (“indemnity”) plans do not
limit where you can go. You can see any dentist and
receive the full benefits.
2. PPO Plans give you a list of network providers.
You can go out of network, but your benefits may be
slightly less than if you went to an in-network
provider.
3. HMO/DMO Plans only pay for services from a
dentist on their restrictive list of providers.
While the plan may offer low fee dental care, be
careful. I have seen some of these offices charge
separately for procedures that are routinely
considered part of the overall treatment. An example
would be charging for numbing the tooth prior to a
filling, or bonding in a filling. Sometimes these
plans can cost you more than if you didn’t have
insurance at all! Just be careful and ask questions.
